H.E.A.T. - BFC Fit 24/7

Have you ever been bored while working out - wondering if there was a world beyound machines? Quit because you weren't getting the results you wanted? Felt unsure about what exercises to do and how to do them safely? Then we have the solution. At BFC Fit there is noww a GREAT OPPORTUNITY to expand your fitness world. Join Chasity Littler at H.E.A.T. and she will: teach you how to use equipment you have never used before, teach you how to do new exercises safely, and push you to be your best! DO NOT miss the opportunity to have fun and get results! Classes are Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 8:30AM, Tuesday/Thursday at 6:00PM, and Saturday at 8:00AM.

Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold. - BFC Fit 24/7

Zumba Gold is perfect fir active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intesity. Zumba Gold focuses on all elements of fitness:cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance! The design of Zumba Gold introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Classes are taught by Lany Wijayani and are Monday and Wednesday at 10:00AM!

Fit Life

Zumba Toning - BFC Fit 24/7

The BFC was asked to design a fun, energizing, easy to learn total fitness class three times a week at 4:00pm for busy teachers. What we created was FIT Life! Fit Life Class is not bound by format – so it is fun every day! With moderately challenging easy to follow full body workouts throughout the week, you will get your heart pumping and abs burning as you make your way through different format workout segments. FIT Life will help support your goals whether they are to have more energy, get more tone or lose weight. During the week – you may be going through cardio and strength circuits, various group aerobics, Ab workouts, as well as anything else our instructors decide to throw at you, 😊 Although designed for teachers in mind, the class is open to everybody! To help make the class even more accessible – we are making the class free to gym members. Another way to think about the cost is that the class is $35/month and you get a free gym membership. Additional classes and tanning can be purchased for just $10 more. You can also drop in at $5 per class. As always, there are never any contracts required!

Country Heat

Country Heat - BFC Fit 24/7

When was the last time you actually had FUN trying to lose weight? When was the last time you actually looked forward to walking on a treadmill? Country Heat changes everything! It's great country music—and by great, we mean GREAT—and the moves are simple line dance-inspired. Yes, SIMPLE! So if you want to lose weight but have been waiting for the simple, fun program without burpees, pull-ups, or hip-hop backflips… You're gonna LOVE Country Heat. Turn it up to burn it off! Country Heat is taught by Belinda Lewis Monday and Wednesdays at 7:30PM and Fridays at 7:00PM!


PiYO - BFC Fit 24/7

What would happen if you took the best moves from Pilates and Yoga and cranked up the pace to give an awesome cardio effect, intense calorie burn and allover strength? PiYo is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch! The class is a little different each time, but always a great workout! Challenging for most fitness levels but accessible low impact workout with NO Jumping. Beginners Welcome. Class is every Saturday at 9:00AM!

Silver Sneakers

Silver Sneakers - BFC Fit 24/7

Have fun moving through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular movement. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers balls are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Regular Silver Sneakers is Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30AM. Our newly added Silver Sneakers CIRCUITS is Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30AM!

Tai Chi

Tai Chi - BFC Fit 24/7

Tai Chi is the popular Chinese martial art that consists of smooth, rhythmic, gentle and graceful circular movements that improve flexibility, balance, strength and reduced pain and fall risk.


Insanity - BFC Fit 24/7

The great thing about INSANITY is that, despite its initial intimidating appearance, ANYONE can do it! It is built so that each person can go at their own pace, and then be pushed to go just a step faster every day. By the end of the program you won't only be able to recognize yourself physically but mentally as well, because when its all over you will have broken down all those mental barriers holding you back. Tired of thinking to yourself "I can't"? Give our new INSANITY class a try and those "I can'ts" will become "I can, I will, I did!" Classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00PM with Elaine Abel!


Yoga - BFC Fit 24/7

I know this is crazy talk, but we heard some people get a little tired of all-day football on Sundays. If that is you, join us at the BFC for Sunday Yoga. Take a break from Sunday football and re-energize yourself for the week ahead.

Box Fit

Fit Club - BFC Fit 24/7

Fit Club is a fitness program designed to improve body composition, health and complete fitness. The program is built around movements you would see in the real world every day. You pick things up, carry things, squat down, run after the kids, throw a ball, jump over a puddle and put things over your head. Fit club prepares you for that and much more by performing those movements in our work outs. We borrow tools from weightlifting, gymnastics, playgrounds, and track and field. Utilizing many different tools, we mix it up a lot, so you never get bored and your body is always adapting; getting stronger, leaner, faster and fitter. One of the keys to the program is you work really hard…so hard you get fit and lose fat really, really fast. The cool part is that almost anyone at any age or fitness level can participate. We teach you how to train and move well by teaching proper technique and safety. The program is set up with infinite scalability. Through different progressions, participants are able to find the right level for them but still do the same work out together. This camaraderie creates a great sense of community of people working on improving their lives through fitness.
